Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using iOS App Review Wait Times ("the Service"), operated by Sidequests Studio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
The Service is a community-driven platform that tracks and analyses Apple App Store review wait times. Users can submit data about their app review experiences, and the Service aggregates this data to provide insights to the developer community.
User Accounts
To submit data, you must sign in using GitHub OAuth. By signing in, you authorise us to access your public GitHub profile information and email address as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account.
User-Submitted Content
By submitting data to the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your submission data (submission type, app category, wait times, rejection reasons, and Apple contact records) will be publicly visible in aggregate statistics and the community dashboard.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and analyse your submitted data for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
- You will not submit false, misleading, or spam data.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Submit false or intentionally misleading data.
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use, without our prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Sidequests Studio. The aggregate data and statistics generated by the Service are made publicly available for the benefit of the developer community.
Third-Party Services and Advertising
The Service uses third-party services including Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We display advertisements served by Google AdSense; we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed on the Service. Review times and statistics are based on community-submitted data and may not reflect actual Apple review processes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidequests Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on data or statistics provided by the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking GitHub OAuth access through your GitHub settings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
